Paper-only trial · Apple silicon

Practice the routine.
Keep real money out of it.

Zimbot is a desktop market simulation. HLDPRO-hosted replay is at least 24 rolling hours old and runs a paper-only bot session. It does not connect a brokerage account or place live orders.

HOSTED REPLAY · ≥24 HOURS OLD · PAPER ONLY

Paper only

Start and Stop control a local simulation. No brokerage credentials are requested for this trial.

Hosted replay

HLDPRO-hosted data is labeled replay and must be at least 24 rolling hours old. If remote access is unavailable, the app identifies bundled sample data instead.

Email verified

The trial asks for your name and email, sends a one-time code, and stores a short-lived proof on this Mac.

Your provider stays local

Zimbot does not supply same-day data. A compatible local connector can use a data provider you separately licensed for a local bot or paper session; connector availability varies and does not add a broker route to the hosted trial.

The desktop app stores provider credentials and account configuration only on this Mac in a current-user-owned mode-0600 file. They are never uploaded to HLDPRO/Zimbot-hosted services or browser storage.

Result logs are sent after consent

Only after the privacy acknowledgement and collection consent, Zimbot sends HLDPRO a strict-schema trading/paper-session result log for validation and reliability. This phone-home channel excludes provider credentials, tokens and auth headers; provider endpoints and account configuration; raw same-day market-data payloads; local filesystem paths; and caller-controlled free-form diagnostic or context text.

From download to paper session

What to expect

  1. Download for macOS. The first public build targets Apple-silicon Macs running macOS 14 or later.
  2. Move Zimbot to Applications. A released build must open from Finder without Terminal commands or a Gatekeeper exception.
  3. Verify your email. Zimbot sends a six-digit code through our email processor, Resend.
  4. Review the five acknowledgements. They keep paper-only and delayed-data limits visible before Start is enabled.
  5. Start and Stop the trial. The source badge remains visible so observed delayed data and bundled sample data are not confused.

This is not a trading service

Zimbot provides an educational simulation, not investment advice, trade execution, brokerage access, or a promise of performance. Do not use it to make live-trading decisions.
